RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND CREDIT

Revivify is a luxury resale and refurbish platform specialising in pre worn designer wear. This means that all items listed on the website have previously been owned by our individual sellers. Please note that item condition ranges from New to Fair and may or may not have damages including but not limited to loose threads, embellishments, stains and minor rips or tears. Please refer to the Item Condition guide to know more.

Before your parcel leaves our warehouse, it is fully authenticated, checked, and controlled by our Inventory team to ensure it fits the product listing. If your item is received in a condition different from your expectation, we will offer to relist the product for you on our website. Please email our customer care team on [email protected] within 5 working days of receiving your item.

If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size and condition, subject to availability. For more information, please contact our Customer Care team on [email protected]. All shipment costs for such an exchange will be borne by the customer.

Items that have qualified for a return can be exchanged for other merchandise or online store credit only. Credit will be valid for a duration of 6 months. In case of a product being wrongly delivered, Revivify will collect the wrongly delivered item at no cost to you. The item must be securely packaged and be ready for collection within 3 working days following which the item will not qualify for a return. The original item will then be delivered within 7 working days upon receipt of the wrongly delivered item.

Please note that currently Revivify does not provide Refunds on any order.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

To return or exchange a product please email us the order# with product codes to [email protected] and we will help you with the process. Your purchase should be sent back to us within 7 days of receiving your order.

You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed. For details on which items qualify for a refund, please read our Refund and Returns Policy.

RETURNS POLICY

Please check the item refund, exchange and credit policy before placing an order. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted. Customer is advised to check the ordered products and quantity in the invoice prior to accepting the package from the logistics/courier. In case of a discrepancy we request you to leave a remark with the logistics/courier company and notify us on [email protected] with the discrepancy details within 24 hours of accepting the package. In case of the discrepancy found correct, Revivify will offer to relist the product at no further cost to you.

Items should be returned unused and with all Revivify, designer garment tags still attached to the item. Loose tags or broken tags will not be accepted for an exchange or credit note. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted. Where provided, any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags, and leather tags should be included with your return along with all invoices and paperwork. We recommend that you ensure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our warehouse. In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of sending.

Faulty goods

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault has occurred which has not been mentioned on our website or the item condition. Items that are damaged because of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

Colors

We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on Revivify as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of a color will be completely accurate.

Return outside the 7-day window may be accepted at our discretion.
